The North Shore AFL-CIO let us know TODAY that I am endorsed by their
union to represent YOU and other working men, women and families in
Lakewood! Thanks for ALL your support! The momentum keeps building
but, this is a grassroots campaign. We are proud to receive all the support
that
has been offered but, we
need YOUR help! Tell 10 friends to VOTE on November
3rd .... and/or put up a yard sign.... and/or call or email us for literature
and walk their street to tell their neighbors that I will be proud to
be their
independent voice on
council!

Party, CAMEO, State Senator Dale Miller,
State Representative Michael
Skindell and former State Senator Dan Brady.

Why should you or other residents vote for me to be their representative
on council? I believe that the work that I am already performing is
of great
benefit to us all, I am not afraid to
work with council members who are on
either side
of "the isle" and to air your views as my fellow neighbors and small
business owners. I respectfully ask you to VOTE FOR me, DAN SHIELDS,
to represent you and your best interests on
Lakewood City Council.
Should I be fortunate enough to receive
your vote, I promise to work every day
of the next four years in this position. This race is not a resume-builder for
me.
